Hardest ones: Beginning with the end in mind since I don't know what any of this is.
Being a linear thinker, I have trouble with the format and the amount of information that is not explained. What is a "Discovery"?
On the podcast they didn't mention anything about Google. I needed help in order to figure that out.

Since you like to begin with the end in mind I thought you might like to read a post I wrote on my blog about why we should spend time on this. I hope I don't sound too preachy but it might help to know what you (and BCPL) could get out of all this.
